Synopsis

Stomio is a contained two-season psychological horror mystery. Emma, a successful horror author, has built her career by turning personal terror into fiction. Her bestselling books center on Babas, a monster born from the memory of her abusive father. When her father dies, she sets out to settle his affairs, determined to leave both him and Babas behind for good.

Instead, she becomes trapped in Stomio, an isolated Greek mountain village where no road leads out, people vanish without explanation, and doubt is treated as danger. Behind the villagers’ hospitality lies a system of silence and obedience, and behind the village’s impossible events, a hidden logic. To survive, Emma must uncover what Stomio really is, and face a monster she believed existed only in her books.
