About / CV

I’m a Greek screenwriter and playwright. I write for television, film, theatre and animation — crime, mystery, fantasy, supernatural comedy. Stories are puzzles to me: characters carrying hidden truths and emotional wounds, and the deeper I dig beneath the surface, the more pieces I find and the more the picture changes — for them, and for me.
I came to screenwriting through theatre studies and cultural management, and through an obsession with how stories are actually built. My produced work includes the neo-noir crime feature Blue Queen (2017), co-written with Dimitris Evlampidis, which premiered at the 58th Thessaloniki International Film Festival and was released by Odeon; the daily drama Tria Milia (Star Channel), where I served as Head Writer on the second season, writing over eighty episodes with Dimitris; episode outlines for the police procedural Skaravaios (Alpha Channel); and theatre work including Philoctetes P.O.V., a monologue performed by THE.AM.A, Theatre of People with Disabilities.
Right now I’m developing original series and features — among them Stomio, a psychological horror mystery developed within John Truby’s Story Program. Some of these projects will get made, some won’t; all of them are teaching me something.
When I’m not writing, I learn and I teach — I never stop studying the craft, and I love sharing what I find. Over the past few years I’ve completed three of John Truby’s courses, including his Story Program. My seminar The Architecture of the Screenplay runs periodically, I work as a script consultant — including as script evaluator for the Hellenic Film and Audiovisual Center (EKKOMED) — and I share craft analysis on my blog and YouTube channel, Scriptwriting Tips. I’m a member of the Scriptwriters Guild of Greece.
